I love how everyone says "put it in stocks and make more money!". Its not that simple.

I would invest in commercial real estate, either commercial or industrial. You could leverage 1 million into 4 million worth of property with an aggressive approach.

Commercial real estate is where the money is.

I would buy my parents new cars and also a slightly nicer house.
The rest would be saved apart from a couple of small things for myself.

I would buy a normal sized house. Then loads of Subaru's, Evo's and stuff and do them up and sell them off to make more money.

To be fair ... 1,000,000 (Cause i'm a UK ****)

There is not a lot you wouldn't do with it .

However if i did, i would try start up a business doing something everyone like. something everyone could enjoy; Or Id try start a business around something i enjoy . Which is Gaming or Air soft .. But not just one of those places you go and it like a wee part of a woods kinda air soft the really huge arena air soft. Or start a gaming Business. Something that id enjoy .

That's around 590k (GPB) not really a lot to play with. Probably put in the bank and let the interest add up for a couple decades.

Good luck getting all of that in LA for under a million dollars. A nice house in LA would cost you about 6 times that.

You can barely find a small house in a beach community for under a million dollars.

The lamborghini on top of that will be another 400k.
