If you have the Gage Pack #2 DLC
    KSP LMG
    Locomotive 12G
    Lightweight Ballistic Vest (Run Faster)
    and the right skills I guess...

And the grenades help very much. It's in the DLC.

Saw
Locomotive
Heavy Ballistics
throw bags farther

Go with a Enforcer/Technician skill tree, then use an AMR and then a Locomotive 12G with slugs or flachettes with a King's Crown Compensator, Trip Mines, Combined Tac Vest, (Improved once you get Enforcer skill), and you'll blow through heists.
