I am Shepherfy I've been wanting to go pro. Problem is everyone I tried with was too scared or did not want to chance it. So I ask any one out there that is 18 or older to help me make an MLG team. I want to try and start this year training for Advanced Warfare. Must have a mic and be serious.

You should try to join a team before creating your own.

I was with TMG and a couple low ranks. I just need a team that is in need to go pro.

As Beaver said above, try to join a team to get more experience and possibly up your play style. If that's not working, I suggest you look for free agents and start something up from there. TMG is more of a community team arent they? Not sure, aha.

TMG is more of a community they just play together. I wanna go pro and make something of myself that's it.
