Hello, I've been on my account for the past 2 years without any problems I never mod on it. I mod on other accounts but not this account and I get banned for 12/31/9999 should I move to PS3 because I paid 20$ for a 3month and 4 weeks later I get banned TODAY!

Shouldn't have been breaking the rules/cheating.
If you plan to move to Playstation, don't leave your credit card on the account. It's likely to get hacked and taken.
