Budget: $800, gaming, build around an intel i5 4590 with a radeon r9 280. Everything must be in a black/red color scheme (except PSU) and budget must include an OS (W7SP1)

Are you serious? Yet again, another thread in this section asking about a build, even though I've supplied several perfectly good builds for your several different budgets. Last time, you were asking about the NZXT Phantom 410 in black/orange, why all of a sudden a change in colour scheme?

I don't feel like I should bother helping you since it's likely you'll just post another thread and waste more time. If you simply made one thread with all of your requirements and your budget(without constantly changing it), it would be a lot easier to help you.

A little over budget but matches the red/black colour scheme perfectly.
