He has offered you a full refund if you send it back. Then you can buy a new console somewhere else. If you do anything to take this console apart your self, you will ruin all chances of anything happening. The fact that the front was cracked indicated that the console was thrown around during shipping. That could have something to do with it.

You dont need to be cussing out the members of TheTechGame who are trying to help you. I myself would take him up on sending it back, and then you can either get a new console from him or someone else. Being 14 has nothing to do with being able to send it back... You can box it up, Pay for a label online with PayPal (Just like you did with the console) and hand it to your pail guy or drop it at the post office. I dont understand what the issue would be with that.

As for answering the question of "What is 2 Red Rings on my Xenon?", 2 Red Lights Flashing is the error code for Overheating. You can get a secondary error code to find out which chipset it is (GPU, CPU, or RAM). The 4 Red Rings that you had before was an issue with the AV Cable not being plugged in. This is not the console that was broken.

Hope my answer answered some of your questions, and if you have any more, just let me know.

Really well said Sala. I'm going to shut up now.

I'm just asking questions. I don't understand why u guys are all getting butthurt.

I was trying to answer your questions, I dont know why you keep mouthing off. I was never getting "butthurt" in the first place, and I dont know why you insist on being rude. I tried helping you and will try once again.

I myself would never want a console to go over 75C. Once you go over, you start to degrade the fluxes and the bonding in the solder under your chips. You said "Processor". I am assuming you are referring to the CPU? If you are adamant on not wanting to send it back, Then you can look into taking it apart and repairing the issue. Sounds like either the CPU fan is not spinning, or there is not much contact between the chip and the heatsink.

Put your hand on the back and feel the fans. Is the top blowing as hard as the bottom? Or does it feel like one side is harder than the other?

The bottom feels like there's no air coming out. The back where all the ports and stuff are just to make sure I know I'm talking about the right stuff is where all the air is coming out. I just set the fans to 100% still no luck. It overheats so fast. Thanks for trying to help I guess?

Wanna know why? Because 8 Years ago you didn't have a gaming system.

IT'S a XENON. WORST CONSOLE EVER. You get what you pay for. It's not his fault.

Anyways, judging by how you talk in the video trashing people I can tell you're spoiled and disrespectful to your parents, and above all ungrateful.

It's oveheating. You've accomplished proving you're a piece of work to us when we're helping you, so just send the console back and you should have completed all your goals.

Okay, so he offered you a refund/new console? Instead of having a whole post about bitching just send the console back?

It must be over heating issue clearly, and the Xenon is the most unreliable jtag/rgh you can purchase. So if i was you go with the new consle/refund he is offering you.

Re-listen to your video, and tell me how you haven't called people a "fa****" or other terms, and talked like you've never been to school in your life.

Dude, you should have done more research and read in between the lines "NO WARRANTY" it's a 8 year old console. You should almost expect to run into problems. It's a easy fix if you know what you're doing, PLUS HTMBacon is offering to have it sent back witch is VERY generous considering he doesn't have to. Be grateful for the help you've gotten and the opportunities you've been given.

There you go I have solved your problem without looking at it. It has nothing to do with the motherboard. His CPU fan is not spinning. Without the cooling fans spinning, It will overheat. Wither the fan is Jammed or broken. A new fan will fix this issue.
