I turned in my PC and this blue screen popped up and restarted the computer when it restarted it lasted 3 minutes before it shut down on its own and without me having to turn it back on 30 seconds later it turns back on. Someone please help!

This just means that your computer crashed for whatever reason. There is nothing to worry about unless this continues to happen.
