I'm looking to drop 100k on a squad, preferably not Bundesliga (already have a Bundesliga squad). I can always spend a little more if you believe it will really help (no more than 125k). I would be giving coins to the best helper, but I have 150k atm so I really can't afford to.

4-1-2-1-2 or 4-3-3 attacking (if you know of a better formation please feel free to use it)
Hybrids are welcome, As long as chemistry is above a 95 (I'd prefer 99 or 100)

Normally, I make my own squads but for some reason I just can't seem to build a decent squad at this price.
