I just downloaded black and white tool for bo2 and my console connects to xbox neighborhood but not the tool....
My plugins are correct i tried putting the jrpcv2.xex but it didnt work so than i replaced it back with the original and now it connects to nieghborhood but not the tool!!
Does anyone know whats wrong?

Try a diff source of the tool and plugin... make sure neighborhood is setup as well
