compatible: yes

i would suggest putting some more money into the gpu though, but your current setup would work.

switching the RAM to 2 DIMMs instead of one will save you abt $20 and your motherboard has 4 slots for RAM so that wouldnt cause an issue
(not necessary but if your on a tight budget it helps)

I'm assuming this is a pre-built? Puuting a low end GPU such as the R7 250 in a build with a high end CPU like the i5-4690k would be moronic IMHO. Balance your build out, spend less on other components to allow a larger budget for GPU.
