How do I change my cpukey.txt to .bin? Also will the private tools like AppNET work if I changed my CPUKey even if it has a CPUKey lock on it?

just open the file, save as, all file types and save it as a .bin

And if you contact the dev team/owners of the tools and they should be able to change it for you... but you only change your cpukey when changing consoles... it doesnt change with kvs etc

So then why is a cpukey.txt with a KV.bin? What do I do with the cpukey.txt?
