So I wanted to see if I could get the old gamecenter cause this one guy gave me his o coc but he had ios 6 and he forgot his email and I really wanted to try it so I deleted it and try's installing the one for ios 6 and I didn't work any help?

If you are on iOS 7 you cannot get the old gamecenter. It's also impossible to downgrade.
