Your question is confusing.
If you're asking if there are any problems with subaru AWD I would say no.

My best friend has a 2002 Subaru Outback wagon. 5 Speed AWD. That car is an absolute beast. It will go places that my 4x4 truck won't even go. The only downside to an outback is it's slow.. But, off-road and winter driving/drifting is prime in that car. The outback is the only AWD Subaru that I can personally vouch for with experience as i haven't had the pleasure to drive a higher-end AWD Subie yet

From my experience in my 02 wrx I don't believe there are any faults to the awd system in subarus they really can handle a whole of things and gas mileage doesn't suffer for it even with a turbo.
