Nice! I would recommend getting some fans/liquid cooling. You can't go wrong with a little insurance.
But that is a pretty decent build, hope you have fun with it!~ ^_^

In the bios there should be a advanced tab where you can change the speeds of the processor and fans and such and there will be a spot for ram and there you need to change the profile to the correct 1600mhz proile.

What? Why would he get liquid cooling? What could he possibly be doing on that PC that he would need to heat up that much?

That isn't near a gaming computer, you are fine with stock fans. If you wanted to play games or do rendering you should have invested more $. I do not recommend OCing because you simply won't be able to get a huge performance increase due to having only two threads for two cores. Remember, you are also only running 4gb of RAM.

As for the RAM you can just overclock it, although I don't really see why you would need to.

For a browsing PC, it should work good. Don't burn it out trying to make it run applications it isn't suppose to though.

Have fun playing MMO's or any large object game.
Youll probably get a run out of memory error if you try multitasking.

And 650Ti isn't great. I have one on me so I think Id know.
