once it has loaded, you can go to your HDD (press RB) and load the launch.ini. Then go back to the plugins and you can change them

disconnect your internet for 15minutes and then plug it back in, i had this same problem last night with my rgh when i added time and make sure you have xblse.xex as plugin 1
