Guys I need your help. I have a few questions about two tv's I'm considering purchasing.

First: 40" or 50" Seiki 4k tv ($340/$450)

Second: Westinghouse 40" 1080p tv ($300 from microcenter)

I have a few questions about these.

1. If I use the 4k tv as a monitor in 1080p, will it perform as well as the Westinghouse tv in 1080p?

2. Will the Seiki 4k tv work well with my Xbox one since himi 1.4 limits the Seiki 4k tv to 30hz?



I'm going to use the tv to play xbox one and 360 games, and also as a monitor for work and some MINOR pc gaming (games like worms, I know my 660ti can't handle more with 4k.)


Which do you guys suggest I go with? If the Seiki 4k works AS GOOD in 1080p as the 1080p Westinghouse, I feel like that's what I should go with since there's so little price difference. Any input would be appreciated.
