Liability wrote I still have not fixed this problem. And it seems when I need a working flshdump, I can't find one...

Go into FSD's file manager and go into flash. Is bootanim.xex there? If not, I could send you mine.

Uh, is it bad when I don't have a flash folder?

Edit: I saw the flash folder in xexmenu, it does not have bootanim.xex.

Nope, that just means your filemanager isn't in advanced mode. On FSD go to settings>general settings>Advanced mode in file manager

There is no bootanim.xex in the folder and also. It seems to not be connecting to live like the plugins will not stick. I have put the .ini in the root of the hdd and it still hasn't notified my that I was online, and I also can't connect to neighborhood.

Okay, well just keep this in mind, USB launch.ini takes priority over the HDD launch.ini. So if you have a USB launch.ini, and a HDD launch.ini, the USB one will be used.

I suggest making sure you have no external drives, and don't have any launch.ini files in any of your drives (This includes onboardmemory, flash, and any other device). Then, if that doesn't work, try manually editing the launch.ini and see if it's got the correct paths to the plugins set up. I'll give you a boot animation, just gotta pull it off my rgh real quick.

Get your backup nand off the disc the seller sent you, then update the dash to 16756, then flash and then tell me if it fixed or not.
