If you do not know the current car glitch in GTA V then view another post showing you how to.
Basically sit outside of the car you're going to get into and hold down the D pad and select the character without letting go of the D pad. Press Y to get in the car and immediately let off the pad and do the glitch as normal. Hope this helped!
