Hey guys, I got to the end of Lonesome ROad and have to add a skill point to SPECIAL but I'm using a modded save and they're all at 10. I've read that someone with a PC can perform console commands and change the SPECIAL stats down. I've tried everything to lower it like hex editing and save editors but to no avail. If someone would kindly help me I will DM you my save, any help would be appreciated. Will +Rep
