I built a new pc and it has pretty good spec and the boot up time is like 1-2 minutes.

I was wondering why it was so long?

Try booting into safe mode and/or checking msconfig for software that runs at start. Your hard drive (assuming you have a mechanical drive based on how slow your boot is) may also have problems and since it's a new drive, you may be within the return period. What is the manufacturer of the drive?

Try disconnecting the mechanical drive and booting. It may only boot once the mechanical drive has spun up.
