I can't redeem codes, but ive been signed in and havent logged out for 3 days

Sign out and try to sign back in then. On Xbox.com they said they're working on it. It is down at the moment.

Yeah, Xbox.com said they are dealing with slight sever problems, and that they will be as quick as possible on bring them back up!
