Looks great but the workrates of the team could get you into trouble, but I wouldn't worry too much.

I've never really got how workrates work, could you explain them please? Thanks.

Well workrates are very important when building a team in my opinion. The basic idea of workrates is, when a player has a high defensive work rate the player will tend to defend alot more but if the player has an attacking workrate he will attack more.

When picking a player :

GK: Doesn't matter
LB/RB: If you want an attacking fullback get one with an attacking workrate.
CB: A high defensive workrate is perfect for a CB
CDM: High defensive.
CM: Whatever you prefer.
LM/RM: For me I prefer a high attacking but whatever suits your playstyle.
CAM: I like a CAM with both High defensive and attacking as it suits my playstyle.
ST: For a striker you would want a high attacking workrate so he will always be in the right place to score goals.

If you want anymore help just pm me.

Ah, I get it now. Thanks.

Personally I like to have an attackive team, so it's good.
