Wondering when dragons teeth is supposed to be released it says it's out now just not available for download

I am downloading it right now on my Xbox One. It doesn't download automatically so you have to go to the in-game store and select the Dragon's Teeth DLC and click the "A" button.

After you do that it will bring you to a menu that says something along the lines of "You already own this DLC, would you like to download it?"

Yeah just did the same thing as mark funny thing is they are saying its worth $299 Amercian Dollars.
