anyone know a tool where i can give myself level 50 online and 3rd person and change projectile? thanks

Your best bet for 3rd person and changing the projectile would be alteration. I believe you will need a modded Default XeX for the rank mods. Sorry if this is wrong it's be awhile since I modded halo. I'll double check all I can and get back to you.
