Under no circumstances would I consider that safe, I mean the ban risk is already 50/50 no matter what because you are talking cars and credits.
I suggest 50 mil max.
Plus unless you are willing as well as trusting enough to let someone DL your profile then it's a wrap nobody can mod your save for you but you.

The Forza series of saves are able to be modified, but it has to be your own personal save. I can mod my save and send it to you, but you would not be able to get it to work. But, if you send me your save, I can mod it and send it back to you and it will work as intended. No one needs to log onto your profile to mod any save. 50 mill cr is wayyyy tooo much to mod and bring online, better to go under 8 million.(search my topics for more info on that subject)

i modded mine to around 99 mill and even i think 99 mill is way too much, i would recommend just mod it too around 8-10 mill and top it up when your running low, by the way there's some tools where you can mod it your self as not a lot of people would do it for you.
