I got a Hauppage HD PVR 2 Gaming Edition
This one:

But I got it from a friend, and he didn't send any cables with it. I got it for free, so I really don't mind spending the money on the cables. Anyways, all I have is 2 HDMI cables for it, I found a power cable for it online but I can't find the cable that plugs the PVR into the USB slot on a computer. If anyone could help me out and link me to a site that sells just the USB cables in the US it would be much appreciated

A printer USB cable should be technically compatible.

These cables are extremely common and they are commonly referred to as USB A/B Cables and you can pick one up at any office supply store or Best Buy's around you. Here are some links with the cable you need.

I personally wouldn't pay more then $10 for it but maybe go up to $15 if you buy it locally.And these are just examples, there are all different lengths out there.
