So I've tried to load up public rape 3.0, and it never worked, every time I'd try to connect it would kick me back to the dashboard, I don't have an xbox live account yet because I don't have stealth, I'm just trying to host this on system link offline but I don't think it's gonna work, does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do? I've put all the files on dashlaunch and still nothing, I have neighbourhood of course, any help at all as to what I would need or what to do
