If I'm not mistaken its used to put modded consoles online by spoofing it, haven't heard to much about them though, all I know is that it will only work with the specific console the person had coded it for, so its useless to you unless it was built specifically for your console.

That is false.

Unless you are referring to the kv CPU key hash within the resp file. Even people who are sharing the same keyvault can use the same resp file.

I thought that they were tied to a KV, therefore if you didn't have the KV with it, it's useless basically I might have been mixing it up with something else, cause I really don't know too much about resp files
