I would like a new gpu,mob and case. Also my power supply is a 450w

Everything in your system is alright apart from your GPU. For playing on 1080p something like a 280X would be adequate, but if I were you I'd go for a 290.
You may need to change your PSU, whats the make and model?

Umm its this one. and i need a new case becasue its really small and i tryed a 270 before and did not fit lol.

Not sure if running a 290 off of that would be a good idea. Maybe go for something like a 280, and a new case.

Save yourself the money then and dont buy it. I thought you might have had a bad PSU as it looks like a prebuilt. It seems you have upgraded it though which is good.
