It is believable though, back in WW2 times they were forever testing on Jewish people, disabled people (Nazis) so why wouldn't the Russians? Although the first picture of the creepy guy seems a little fake it could get away with being true, minus some bits..

The 22 people who said it was fake live in the internet world, not the actual world. "Oh no, it's on a website that will post some fake stuff from time to time, IT'S FAKE!!" You 22 people just can't comprehend that stuff like this can, and has happened. WW2 was a fuc*ed up time, if you think this is fake, you must think everything involving the jewish population during WW2 didn't happen either, it's the same as saying that.

The only documented forced experimentation regarding sleep deprivation happened within Unit 731 during WWII. Nothing of this sort happened, just hallucinations and excessive fatigue, tachycardia etc.

TL;DR, Creepypastas are fictional, as far as every single one I've ever read goes.
