I have time I'm using xehive. And my connection is good my retail can connect and my kv isn't banned I haven't been on live this is a new RGH. And I'll test my connection and I'll get to the last part of the testing and it says I can't connect. any ideas to fix this?

You may not have been like authencated on their server or something? Like they may not have added your console or cpu key to the server if you had to give them your cpu key you may have given them the wrong one by mistake?
