I wanna be able to play Rust Dayz bf4 Skyrim and arma3 on high or max settings i this good??

Here its a little over budget, but it should handle those games no problem, now if you doubt my cpu choice, I can link you to several sources to show you this cpu is the best bang for the buck.

the i5-3570k
i7-3770k
i7-3820

especially out preformed during streaming.
I know its a little over budget, but just tell me and ill make a few changes

The AMD 8-cores will only out-perform current i7s in the very few tasks that favor physical cores over Hyper-Threading threads. You'll almost always want to go with a locked i5 at the price point. The more expensive CPU is faster; no surprises here.
