In the newswire post Rockstar commented that they will be taking the new firework launcher away. Just wanted to let you know so you won't end up wasting $60,000+ like I have.

As mentioned in the post, all of the new content will be available to purchase in-game until mid-July. Stay tuned for an exact expiration date, which we'll announce soon. For those who are asking, with the exception of the Fireworks and the Firework Launcher, anything you purchase will remain in your inventory after the expiration date. Meanwhile, the seven new properties and the ability to ride the Pleasure Pier rides are permanent additions to GTA Online

That's just saying you can't buy it around mid July. Not saying that it disappears in mid July if you buy it. If you buy it, it will stay.

They wont remove the firework launcher if you've bought it. Its the same DLC as the valentines one, once you've bought something you keep it.
