Yes, i just tried it, and no longer do the cars move when using the toolbox.

Well that's funny, before the update i was able to move my zentorno with no issue, but after the 1.15 patch i can no longer do so.

It's a lot harder to move your car. I don't know if it still actually works though.

Yes you can move the car my mistake, but it takes over 10 minutes because they have made the car more heaver int he garage but you cannot dupe the vehicle
