was no where as good as last years sale, i figured it was going to be crap because they made it two weeks long. but this is my opinion what do you guys think?

It was good to me because I only had like 5 games that I payed for before the sale, the sale saved me a lot of money compared to what I would have had to pay for all the games I got. I do agree that all the flash and community sales have been mainly crap games that don't interest me at all.

I do agree they are not the best sales but a bust? No it wasn't, their was still tons of great games discounted.
I'm just happy PC users have this kind of thing going on for it that consoles don't.

Xbox has some good deals on games right now as well in all honesty. I just bought Payday 2 for $13 compared to the $35 base price.
However I don't believe the Steam Summer sale was a bust (my opinion) because I was able to get the games I set my sights on, as well as more. I planned on getting Arma 3 and Payday 2 on Steam and I did. I also managed to get Borderlands 2 DLC as well as 3 or 4 free games.

The Sales pretty similar to the last sale with new things added but chances are you probably bought all the good stuff last sale :L - Thats what happened to me all the highly rated stuff which was on sale I already own :L

I thought it was decent. Got GMOD, L4D2 and goat simulator. We still have 2 more days left, who knows what games could go on sale.

I bought a few games, i think about 5 or 6 for around 25$ and then i sold some trading cards and bought GMOD for 2.49. But other than that there werent to many good games on sale.

I'm waiting for borderlands 2 to go back down to 4.99 arkham asylum to 2.49 might get gta complete what you think worth it?
