I am looking at building a new PC. I have looked around and I don't have any idea what I am doing, so I am coming here for help.

What is your budget and currency? Around 550 USD
Do you need a monitor? No, I am using my TV
Do you need a keyboard? Yes, but I don't need anything super nice.
Do you need a mouse? No
Do you need an operating system? I guess you have to have an OS? Windows 7
What will you use the PC for? Playing World of Warcraft, and some other Steam games later on, as well as just regular personal use.

I do not need any kind of software

If you have any questions feel free to ask

I do not need anything super nice, right now I average 14 FPS on WoW so I will be really happy getting anything over 40. My current computer is a Compaq Presario CQ57. I have like 1GB ram and a 1ghz processor.

What is the "Free Way"? And how much would it cost if I got it the other way?

Well lets just build it for the actual price of it.

Like I said, I don't need something amazing at all. Just something for casual gaming and basic computer use.

Something that will average me 40-50 FPS on a game with the lowest possible settings would be good for me. Something that I can upgrade in the future if I need to, but like I said, 40-50FPS on very low graphics settings on a game would be just fine for me.

Also, what would happen if I had no OS?

If you have no os your computer will boot to the bios of the mobo you cant really do much from here, no web browser or apps etc.

This si the build I made I lts not the best by far but should play low settings on less intensive games.

I made a build on Ibuypower for 571, and I am thinking about getting that. It has:
Processor-AMD A10-7700K APU (4x 3.50GHZ/4MB L2 Cache)
Cooling-Liquid CPU Cooling System [AMD] - Standard 120mm Fan
Graphics Car-AMD Radeon R5 230 - 2GB
Ram-8 GB [4 GB X2] DDR3-1600 Memory Module - Corsair or Major Brand **FREE Upgrade to DDR3-1866 ADATA XPG V2**
Motherboard-ASRock Fatal1ty FM2A88X+ Killer
-500 watt power source

I am also gonna get Windows 7 off of Amazon. Or should I get Microsoft Windows 8.1 - Full Version for $6 more?

What do you think?

A few dollars over budget. Not a great build but good CPU and decent GPU.

What do you consider as playable FPS? Because I played 3 years with 14 FPS on WoW. I would be very happy with 30+.

And I should get a better processor and video card?

How about a NVIDIA GeForce GT 740 2GB
