Every time I try typing @, this always shows up ". Also when i try putting in a question mark, this pops up . Can somebody tell me how to fix this

Your keyboard language is wrong. What OS are you using?
In windows 7, go to control panel, Clock Language and region, Under Region and Language click on Change keyboards or other input methods, then click on Change keyboards and click on the drop down menu on the top to the one you want.
Hope that will fix it, if not let me know
