It seems like the only goals I concede are usually headers, long-shots and whenever Neuer makes a mistake.
I just can't seem to win lately. My opponent's goalkeeper will finish the game with a 10.0 rating (12+ saves) and I will end up losing the game 1-0 to either a header, long-shot or a goalkeeping mistake. All of which are unpreventable from my understanding.
I play 5-at-the-back and I feel like I'd never lose a game if it wasn't for these sh*tty goals I concede.
Does this happen to anybody else? And how do you prevent it from happening?

Happens to me all of the time. I lost the final of the world cup mode from 3-2 in the 90th minute from a header and a longshot. To prevent headers I usually clear the ball more often so my opponent doesn't have as many chances to score and I usually use a computer to pressure my opponent.

Try putting gloves or cat on him or just sell him and get adler

I had 70% possession in a game the other day and got beat 2-0 and had way more shots on target etc. With fifa I just don't know
