so here is the story:
My friend has a server and hes made me admin using the ULX tool. The problem im having is how would i access the "special menu"? Do i have to install ULX on my computer or is he supposed to do something on his computer? Or would it be more simpler, do i have to type a special command in the console to access the menu?

First off once it's installed on the server restart it and enter this command in console
Bind "m" "ulx menu"
then if you use M to open menu and you only see the first two tabs you're probably not ranked yet. Then you need the servers RCON password
rcon_password ENTERPASSWORD
If you've successfully entered your RCON pass word use the following command to rank yourself up in ULX
rcon ulx adduser NAME superadmin
Bind "m" "ulx menu"
then if you use M to open menu and you only see the first two tabs you're probably not ranked yet. Then you need the servers RCON password
rcon_password ENTERPASSWORD
If you've successfully entered your RCON pass word use the following command to rank yourself up in ULX
rcon ulx adduser NAME superadmin
