Sources are Twitter and Reddit.

According to Twitter just to resign guys we have enough $ and that Timmy taking less would only be due to the
team targeting a free agent. I'm very curious who we would be adding. I'm guessing whoever it is, we'll all be
surprised. The Spurs don't sign big names. We sign unknowns and make them big names. That said, I like the
idea of Pau Gasol coming over. Great player and I'd like to see him get a ring.

This is amazing, as a die hard Spurs fan I hope to God this is going to happen.

Oh and here is a picture of Tim Duncan celebrating with Chick fil a. lol

I honestly think, Tim Duncan has found a home in San Antonio. He's got Tony Parker, Leonard, Ginobili, the list goes on. But to see him on a different team be nice, it just depends where he lands.
Great pic of Duncan, btw. Celebrating like a champ!

Tim Duncan has said that he will retire with the Spurs, since joining them in '97. That date of his retiring is still in the unknown.

I'm surprised that he decided to exercise his option. My guess is this will be his last year then. If not, I think he would have opted out and signed a two year deal.
