just the other day I was using any xrpc tool but now all I get is either unhadled exception error or cannot connect to jtag xbox neighborhood is connecting fine. please any help I will rep I just paid for xblse to run into this and it sucks!!

umm try closing neighborhood and the tool, if that doesnt work change your ip by disconnecting your router.

I tried it all I think its my laptop its crappy windows 8. I had no issue the other day but now im getting a .net framework error I repaired my .net frame work and all but now luck. I have to get my windows 7 laptop fixed 8 sucks. but thanks tho I basically said owell and wasted the whole day of xblse.

I was having the same problem. My issue was my console wasn't set as default console in neighborhood so check that maybe that is your issue to

I had it on my tool. I restored factory defaults on it then it worked fine.
