If you would like an even remote chance of getting in it, you'd have to submit proof or reason why they should help you. For example a video showing your skill level (if it surpasses the standard of a 30k clan then it will peak their interest). That being said, if you don't submit said evidence/proof, the chances are nobody will really look twice on someone's word. Please note that I mean no offense, just constructive feedback! Good luck!
