Both have really weak cpu's, the 1st one has a 3.1ghz cpu.. :russianroulette: and the other is only quad core, but are shit tbh and way overpriced.

A lot of people look at the RAM and forget about the CPU when that's really what you should be worrying about. Do a little research into processors and maybe find a new PC, you will be paying too much for what you're getting. As for the power supply, 500W should just be enough to not cause problems, however I would suggest getting 600W if you get the money, it's not essential though.
