Recently i have been looking at buying a new computer more specifically i was looking to buy a HP ENVY 700-327c

(all the specs of the computer)

The price for the computer is $749.99 about 800 with taxes and all that stuff.

I was wondering if i could build a computer that is either A better or B the same power wise.

The flaw with the HP im looking at is if i ever upgrade graphics card ima need to most likely buy a new power supply as well.

The Main use for the computer is going to be for Video Rendering and Streaming but i may down the road want to try out gaming on pc as well.

Could i get a better rig with that price tag?

The E3 1230 V3 is the 4770 without integrated graphics for a lower price.

AP5's answer that the Paladin E810 is superior to the HP Envy 700-327c is ridiculous.

The Paladin is an OLD machine that has i5 processors, as opposed to i7 4th gen., AND an even tinier 200 w. power supply than the HP's 300 w.

These types of answers are misleading and unacceptable.

Those who have better suggestions, please give them. I recently purchased the HP and don't like this small power supply, the lack of an HDMI output, which is ridiculous in a Pegatron (they made some ASUS boards, so they should be superior to most name brand computers (except for ASUS, which seems to have its own customer service problems, and not so well designed or built in this price range, from my reading).

Tigerdirect.com's STORES will build you a computer with a MSI solid-cap board, 500 w. PSU, etc., and you can buy a Square Trade warranty, but Tiger's reputation is not very good. They are notorious for offering rebates the customer's never receive, so I don't know if they can be trusted.

Any other ideas? I have a 90-day return policy with Costco on the HP.
