With card manufacturers its usually all down to personal preference I usually don't venture too far away from XFX or Sapphire, I personally prefer the cooling and overclock performances I've had from the two vendors, If I were personally having to choose from the two though I'd probably go with the EVGA, I've heard better from them, I personally am an AMD card user hence why I've rarely used ASUS as most of them have been terrible from experience and EVGA don't do AMD cards but yeah I'd go with the EVGA, I hear their cooling is alot better.

The MSI card is the cheapest model with an aftermarket cooler.

The difference is small between card designs mainly a few mhz which you could manually overclock.

Save some money go with the msi one.

I would get a 770 or 280X either one with a MSI Twin Frozr cooler on it, great cooler, looks nice, runs some what quiet and keeps cool..
