You're going to have a hard time running anything on high with a 400 budget, you should look at graphics cards on pcworld , and check ebuyer for your motherboard, psu, CPU and ram I'm judging that this 400budget doesn't include a monitor?

depends on the currency, as there is non included I will assume GBP as the sign doesn't work.

^^^^ Like he said, on a 400 budget you will have a hard time running any of the newest games at max settings while the game still being playable. If you are ok with worn down parts, you could always make a fresh build that would be 100-200 dollars over your budget, then search for all the parts except having them be used. That is one way, but it will definitely deteriorate the overall quality of the build.

The build I gave him will run games on high and sometimes on ultra, the 750 Ti is a very powerful little card.
