1. Google is your friend there are many working XP tools for MW3.
2. There is y0da pro updated to tu18(pretty sure that is the newest TU) for Bo2, but all public bypasses are s***(best you're going to get without paying for one). I usually last
literally an hour on Bo2 using public bypasses.
3. If you are talking about Sawyer then no it is not updated yet, as far as I am aware of. If you are talking about XBLSE or XeLiveHive, etc. then most likely already updated. Contact them and find out.
