I want an endless amount of customization options for my Spartan! I have always loved trying to make my Spartan look like a bad***!

1) Remove "Kill Streaks" - Why? Kill streaks do not belong in Halo. They have never been in halo and should stay out because Halo multiplayer has always focused on skill, not assists.

2) Remove "perks" and "Armor Abilities" - Why? Halo multiplayer is meant to be simple. With simple rules comes simple gameplay, and simple gameplay is what people want. Not deciding if they want to reload faster or sprint forever.

3) Remove sprinting completely. - Why? Sprinting is nothing at all, except a mechanic to make the game more fast paced. Without sprinting, instead of making large open maps focused on making players have to run to cover ground, maps can be made strategically. This makes players focus on every area of the map rather then running down the middle of the map sprinting.

4) Remove the new and apparently "innovative" class system - Why? I know it's tempting to change, and by change it means follow the more successful companies. However Halo is Halo because of how the game is set up. Adding things like classes changes the game completely, and removes that feel that all fans want, originality. By using the old system of placed weapons only, players were actually forced to go after these weapons, so it made everyone go into battle on certain points. By using such a system, developers can place weapons such as the energy sword, or even a sniper in the middle of the map, or corners making players spread to that area.

MORE CUSTOMIZATION IN CUSTOM GAMES. HALO 3 PRACTICALLY RAN OFF OF CUSTOM GAMES. BY REMOVING GAMETYPES LIKE INFECTION (not removing, but changing the game drastically to the point its not even infection anymore, its zombie chase. THINK infection is meant to be a arcade gametype where there can be any objective at all) AND NOT ALLOWING PEOPLE TO DISABLE SPRINT, ITS DESTROYING CUSTOM GAMES IN HALO 4!

These are opinionated and should not be taken as facts. The above writing can make absolutely no sense to you, and that's fine.
I agree completely with all of this. Halo 3 was simplicity at its finest. When simplicity became boring to you, Forge and custom games fixed this. I honestly loved Halo 3's Forge system the best due to its simplicity. All the exploits and glitches to get certain things through the ground, make workable doors/traps, and disabling the guardians through over loading the game, that was something people did with creativity. Halo 3 was great because people made it great with sheer innovation.

However, since they essentially butchered the core gameplay of Halo, it's going to stay because they won't want to change it back completely. What they should do is bring back Ranked/Social in multiplayer to appease the masses. Ranked multiplayer should be similar to Halo 3 core gameplay wise meaning no armor abilities and no sprinting, just old school Halo. Social could keep the "new," "innovative" features that is making Halo the new COD.

Custom games should have proper infection, and the ability to disable sprinting. They should of took Bungie's approach on sprinting so it didn't change Halo to such an extent. Custom games should have a higher player cap, this could introduce true big team battles. Custom games doesn't need much addressing other than those points honestly.

Forge is kind of fine where it's heading, but they definitely need certain things changed. First off UNSC air vehicles need to be in the game, that was the dumbest thing I've seen yet, there was an actual petition online to bring it back into the game. Also, they should bring in the big Halo vehicles. Now that it's on a new gen system, higher player count is a definite thing. Using a pelican, phantom, and scarab in custom game is definitely possible. You could make game types out of protecting the scarab while it has to destroy something else. Or you could bring back invasion (IMHO, the coolest Halo game type idea yet) at a bigger scale. Someone could pilot the insertion vehicles for strategic gameplay, or just to raise hell.

I would LOVE to see more lobbies where players are forced to talk, like S&D in Call of Duty, as well as ADS, aiming down sites. =)

Halo 1 - You Played as Master Chief, on his own with Cortana

Halo 2 - You Bounced between Master Chief and The Arbiter

Halo 3 - You Played as the master chief with the arbiter and other main characters

Halo 4 - Similar style to Halo 1, master chief is on his own again with only Cortana.

Halo 5 - I believe we will be bouncing between playing as the Chief and Agent Locke, just like how it bounced between chief and arbiter in halo 2

Don't turn halo into COD.... It doesn't have ADS for a reason, it's halo's style of gameplay.

If it's not in Halo 5, be in halo 6. But the flood need to return at some point. I understand they were wiped out in one part of the universe but it was definitely not erased from existence... Drag Master Chief into that part of the universe to buy milk or something just get him there

Halo 2/3 ranking system because this took actual skill to get the max level, your rank should show how good of a player you are not how many hours you can play.
