I Am Looking To Start Steaming/Playing The Following
Call Of Duty
Elder Of Scrolls
Minecraft
And Other Type PvP Games

My Budget is around $600

I Am Looking For One That I DONT HAVE TO MAKE...I Dont know how lol..

Please consider the thought of building your own. Its SUPER easy and there are lots of tutorials out there, I went from knowing nothing to lots in a week tops. Its extremely easy and fun!

I Would Consider, but i don't know all the parts i need. the only part i know in the computer is the motherboard lol

If you aren't willing to learn the basics of making a computer, there isn't much that you can do with $600.
You really should learn build a custom rig. Within a week, you could know everything you would need to know. There are literally tens of thousands of videos that cover topics from all of the components to how to put the parts together to what parts are compatible with one another. You can even find videos that show gaming builds for different budgets.

Trust me, its not as daunting a task as it looks. It's actually quite fun!

Yeah, the prebuilt uses an APU, that has a R9 280 in it. Please, for your own good build it yourself.
