some sort of glitche check youtube and stuff but it wouldnt be very good defence wise in my opinion

Lol why would you want to do that? For one it doesn't protect your base as well as it can, and for two when Supercell sees your base you'll probably get reset or loose money/trophys.

I've never seen anything like that before. It could be possible that they didn't put it like that and since it is the war base something may have glitched and that happened. I will do some research to see if I can find anything.
